茶叶蛋 正和豆腐茶叶蛋 Cheng Woh Tea Egg Tofu Platter Tofu Tea Egg Platter Cooking Instruction: Cook eggs in a pot with water. Gently tap the eggs shells in order to helps marinate. Place the cracked eggs and seaweed into the pot with 1 litre of water and Cheng Woh Tofu Tea Egg herbal, once boiled, reduce heat and add in tofu to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pot from fire, let the eggs, seaweed anf tofu soak in the tea mixture for 3 hours or until they take up enough flavouring. 先将鸡蛋放入清水煮沸。 鸡蛋熟后轻敲蛋壳,以助卤水入味。 锅中加入 1 公升清水,鸡蛋,海带及正和豆腐茶叶蛋卤包配料,以大火煮开后,转小火,加入豆腐再煮约 10 分钟。离火,让鸡蛋,海带及豆腐在卤水中浸泡约 3 小时至入味即可。
