1) Additional Services & Charges:
A surcharge will be applied for additional services, including:-

Delivery to the 2nd floor and above in buildings without lift access (an additional charge of RM30 per level will apply for this).
All these surcharges are paid directly to the installer. 

2) Measurement Allowance:
Kindly allow a 1-3cm measurement allowance for all furniture dimensions published in our product catalogue.

3) Klang Valley Delivery:
For deliveries to Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, please allow up to 2 working weeks. This excludes Public Holidays and weekends.

4) Outstation Delivery & Exclusions:
For areas outside Klang Valley, we strive our best to arrange delivery within 3 weeks or more, subject to the availability of transportation in the designated area. However, the following areas are not covered by our logistic routes: East Malaysia, Island Areas, Cameron Highlands, and Genting Highlands.
