This Stainless Steel Knife Sharpener H-283 is made of Three different Sharpening Material with Middle Coarse Sharpening for Metal Knife, Fine Sharpening Slot for final fine Knife Sharpening and a Final Fine Sharpening for Super Fine and Polishing Knife Surface and Edges. H-283 grinding stone is made of Tungsten Carbide which is an excellent sharp and hard material providing fast sharpening on steel. There is one pair of griinding stone in each slot and well positioning in a carefully design V-Shape to sharpening various Knives into Sharp V Cutting Edge fast and easily.
